I started a new job a few months ago and I remember my coworker smiling at me when I passed her when I first started working there. I noticed she got a haircut a few weeks after I started then another haircut shortly after. I'd never date a coworker and its looked upon negatively where I work to interdepartmentally date. Out of pure curiosity does this chick like me? Who know la maybe one or both of us will get moved to another department lol

Compliment her new do & see how she reacts. Ask her how you should cut your hair.

Well, it is summer...

perhaps the first haircut wasn't what she wanted and she went and had to get it fixed, which necessitated cutting off more hair.

Neither has anything to do with interest in you.

A girl I worked with bought a new belt, do you think she liked me?

I mean f*ck me, it was a haircut. People sometimes get a haircut.

So because she smiled at you hoping to make you feel welcome to your new workplace, you wonder if she likes you? And what does cutting her hair have to do with ANYTHING?

I smile at new people at work all the time. I know how scary it is to be the new person and want them to feel welcome, is all.

No one has been rude dude....a little sarcastic, sure, but it's warranted...

I mean come on now, she got a haircut.

I guess we are all a little baffled as to how a chick getting a haircut translates into she might be into you/like you.

Can you explain your thought process?

People get haircuts all the time, so it's not a good indicator of interest.

When she moves to another department, ask for her number - that's a good indicator.

Would also like to mention that, generally speaking, since most men love long hair on a chick....if she liked you, she'd be more inclined to *not* get a haircut....

Not at this point in time anyway...

Just sayin....

Don't come on a public forum, ask a question and then get pissed off when the answers aren't what you want to hear.

Would you rather we all lie and tell you how much this girl wants to be with you? If it is then why bother asking the question in the first place?

You came here asking for our opinions and we gave you just that.

Her hair is zero indication of interest in you. Sorry, OP.
