Shy guy i have been drawn to: Whether or not to make first move

Need advise on shy men. There has been a shy guy i have been drawn to and I think he has to me> We stare alot, make frequent direct eye contact, you just feel it. We have never really spoken,and we work in the same building.

 

How can I tell if a guy is waiting for me to make the first move, what does a guy do to let you know that he is waiting for it.

 

 

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Any smiles with the eye contact? Why not start a light conversation,

ice breaker sort of thing? If he's interested, I think he'll be glad

to have the opportunity to speak to you..

Start an easy conversation and go from there. Take the initiative! Regardless of how it turns out, you'll be a better person for it!

Yes the smiles come full lipped , he even said hello and used my name. How can I tell if he would like me to start a conversation, I am shy myself. Thanks.

It's clear to me that he wants you to talk to him. I'm sure he likes you.

 

Don't just talk to him - be brave and ask him out. You wont regret it, trust me.
