HansonGirl Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 I MIGHT run into someone very soon. I just realized it now he will more than likely be attending this event I will be attending soon. The last time I saw him was over a year ago. But it was extremely on bad terms. I am not even sure WHY exactly. I basically thought he stood me up (and to be honest I STILL think that) and he got mad at me for basically getting mad at him for thinking he stood me up. If you'd like to know the details i'd be more than happy to elaborate in a private message. And he might be at this event with a few other people who only know his side of the story and I will be alone. That's why I'm fretting it. So how should I act if I do see him? Smile and not give much reaction, just a really cold smile? just polite and neutral and not reactionary?

Doesn't sound as though it was a long term thing and quite frankly the pair of you need to behave like adults. Just get on with it. It was a year ago for crying out loud. 2

I didn't really react. Not sure if he even saw me or not. and to answer your questions: he was someone I thought i was friends with but I did have an interest in him romantically, but i thought we were friends to begin with
