My employer had me conducting preliminary phone interviews for job applicants. I realized I was talking to the wife of one of my husband's old friends and identified myself. She - M? Do you know what happened between [my H] and me? Me - No. What happened? She - We almost screwed one night while you were away (6 mos. earlier). But I can still apply for the job, right? Me - No and don't either of you contact either of us again. Ever. 1
