I've done this a thousand times but all I can do is hope this climb back out of the well will be the one that sticks. So today...day one (again ) of NC. I've never done it with support, I've only ever read the posts. Hopefully this will make the difference. Does today still count if he texted and I didn't respond?

Yes: The Respondent, breaks No Contact. Not the initiator. He can call, text, yell, use a megaphone, smoke signals, wires, flags, Fog-horns or cop sirens all he wants. If you don't respond, reply, react or even nod in his direction, No Contact is safe.... 1

What if he texts you then you text him back and he doesn't ever respond back? I've been trynna wrack my brain to decide if he either texted me on accident mistaking me for someone else or if he never received my text because his read-receipts weren't on. Idk. I feel if he really wanted to get ahold of me he would have messaged me on fb but no. Then within a week he goes n changed his profile pic to him and his ex.

symphonyofwolves Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 so he didn't respond to me then a few days later he goes and changes his profile pic to him and his ex?! i've been so depressed for over a week now. i'm so hurt and in so much pain. idk what to do. there's nothing i can do. all because i turned him down when he asked me to be his gf 2 months ago. i still wanted to be friends. i just always knew he was going to end back up with her. it makes me sick literally like i wanna vomit, and i would if i could, but i can't even do that. this is like the worst thing i've ever dealt with. i hate this ='(
