He told me he didn't want me back but he also says the following things : -I worry myself to sleep thinking of you with someone -you are so beautiful - I want to kiss you -you can get anyone you want -you are a lovely person - I think about you sexually still -I love you - Never felt this way about anyone What really held me back is the thought he was a good person and he was doing this for ME .He wasn't . He thinks he can do better but would lap up any kind of friendship/ no strings thing I could offer . My friend said these are mind games , I agree . I have cut him off now . I would suggest to all to keep NC. If they are a good enough person they will give you space and then come back and tell you how they have changed etc . For most though ,NC is about moving on and making space for someone new and more suited .
