Theres a girl who works near me. In the time frame of 3 months, I probably only spoke to her of an entirety of 10mins. I know, that's a silly fact.

I asked for her FB within that time frame and didn't really do anything with it. Recently, I guess I started looking at her differently. Long story shorter, I mentioned through FB message, if she wanted to go eat. I told her let's plan it. She set the date 1 week out. I replied back along the lines of, how about the next week after that date. And she said, "ill see ill see". Other than waving to her at her store, I sent a message, "good morning!". But it's almost been 2 days and she hasn't said anything. How are you going to go from replying to, all of a sudden you don't see anything.

Whats her deal? What's going through her mind? Yes I know her past relationships may play a psychological role. So being cautious might be a factor.

Idk if this important, but our messages are like ping pong. it's almost like who can message the slowest and still seem cool about it. I'm only playing this slow ping pong game so I don't come off ass desperate.

It sounds like she's young, immature and not that into you. If she liked you, she'd respond much quicker and would of firmed up a date to go hang out.

Personally, I think you should keep looking for someone else and not contact this girl again.

You haven't really built much rapport with her imo.

Easy come easy go.

She did confirm a date tho...she's the one who set the date. Read it again?. All I did was extend the date/time 1 more week further out from hers because of school work. And I told her it was coz of school work.

This is why asking someone out over FB is lame. Why didn't you talk to her in person?

You never had an arranged date. You rejected her offer and countered with an alternate, but she wasn't interested so she fobbed you off and didn't bother responding.

Time to move on.

Did you at any time use the word "coz" in text? That might have a lot to do with it

Too slow is no good either. You mean you could have gone the 1st week she suggested, but you decided to push it out another week just for appearances? That's silly. Don't do stuff like that when you're trying to make a connection with a girl. She offered and wanted to see you within the week and she's thinking "oh, he wants to wait another week? He's not that interested".

As far as texting for scheduling dates, make a phone call once in a while and especially if setting up a date.
