Being over someone is essentially being nonchalent, not caring... at least in a day to day form when you are not seeing them. Sounds as though this is one to put on the NC list and to leave well alone. Look for girls with lessle man baggage. You're kind of off-topic here, the girl was not mentioning her ex at all.

You seem to know a decent amount about how "clingy" he is etc. she was not bringing it up herself but the guy was bombing her phone texts calls etc all the time, alot of the times she was with me, it was impossible not to see. she only talked about it once when i asked her why he wont quit and if i should make him quit and she said nah don't get involved and explained he's got business with her family, that it would be bad, etc. She never mentioned him herself, even now i asked her how's her personal life she says she's single but i saw her with this dude. Weird.
