laylar90 Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 Hi all, I previously wrote the thread 'upset, still feeling pretty low so I now have 4 weeks off of work. Does anyone have any ideas to what I should do? I want to try and heal the pain rather than mask it in that 4 weeks. I'm scared to go back to work and not done anything about it, I just no I won't be able to focus. Thanks all, L

Plaster Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 No contact. It's hard and it feels like it's not going to work, but if you read through the forum there's plenty of evidence that it works. Exercise has helped me massively. Get to the gym ASAP! It makes you feel incredible and gives you more respect for yourself. Time to work on yourself. This month is going to be hard but post here regularly and when it's tough. Good luck.
