Thank you everyone for helping me with whats really a does she like me situation. Usually I can tell when a girl likes me but I'm sort of invested in this one and its causing me to second guess.

Here's the things she's doing that make me think she's interested. She is eager to hang out and makes sure its just us (even though her roommate/good friend is often around). When we do hang out there is a fair amount of touching like hugging, play fighting, putting arms around each other, she does the hair flip thing and she even found an excuse for me to touch her face.

The things I'm not sure about are she recently (like 3 months ago) got out of a relationship, she sometimes mentions guys she matches on tinder (though she has never done anything other than text).

Finally, I might be moving to the part of the city where she lives this fall and her roommate is moving out and she asked me to come live with her. This was pretty recent and I'm not totally sure if it was a joke, only a part joke or serious.

****it, just ask her out already. The worst thing that she can do is tell you no.

It won't kill you, I promise. If you hear no enough times, it doesn't even sting anymore.

No time like the present. Let us know what she said.

Whatever you do don't move in with her. Bad move.

Yeah just do it. Ask her out.

Re the moving in, she is probably joking (at least mostly) but do not do that.

Recipe for disaster.

She probably was joking about that one and don't worry, I wasn't planning on it.

Agreed, stop over-analyzing and scrutinizing every minute detail and ask her out.

Girls act likw this with friends. You are probably friendzoned!

Why don't you just kiss her? Girls "usually" make it obvious. Does she cuddle up close during a movie on the couch? Hugging and play fighting is different than snuggling, caressing, and holding hands. Then while cuddling they do that thing where they turn their head so they are accessible for the kiss. Seems hard to miss.

On the other end I've gone out with a girl some 6 times before I finally kissed her because she never showed any signs and wasn't flirty. Once I broke the door open it was totally on, but until that point, her poker face was stoic!

I suggest you get into a wrestling match, pin her down and kiss her.

Girls like to cuddle with their friends? So if he tries to kiss her she could get mad and cold....

Ask her out. If she accepts, you go on proper dates and see how it unfolds. Don't invest yourself too soon, don't have sex with her until it's clear that she's focused on you or until you decide if you actually like her enough. In the meantime, you date others. If she not consistent with accepting dates and contact, you move on.

In college girls would blur the line with guy friends. They're pretty good at using the guy for comfort even if they dont' like him more than friends.

But I'm asking, is it that loving kind of cuddle, you know with holding hands, stroking the hands, rubbing and massaging the body while laying there together. Nuzzling your faces close together. Should be able to tell the difference.

- Pogo is right.... if you are hanging out one-on-one like a date, you should go for the first kiss within three dates. If you don't and she had interest, she might loose that lovin' feeling if things do not progress.
