Trying to avoid this guy who showed interest in my sister?

So me and my sister look really alike. And well, yesterday, this guy showed interest in her and ask for her number. She gave it to him although she's not particularly interested. Well, he was going to add her facebook but my sister don't really use it, and then, he added me. And say heyy!!! Well, firstly i don't want to reply because i don't want to get involve, and secondly i don't feel like interacting with him. But i think it might appear to be rude if i don't reply, and when i see him next time, and he ask why i didn't reply, things would be awkward. But if i do reply and we start a conversation, i wouldn't like that.

I just want to avoid him without being rude. If he ask for my number through facebook or in person, how can i reject it? Especially when he already got my sis number, he might expect me to give it to him, but i just don't want to get involve with my sis relationship. Although she doesn't like him, i think it's somewhat weird.

If i do reply, what should i do or say so that he could stop talking to me asap? and if he ask to hangout what do it do?

 

But main priority is, should i reply or nah?

Nah, if you're not already friends with him and all he's doing is hitting on you and your sister at the same time... you don't own him anything. Just ignore him. He probably won't bring it up if you see him again, but he will know that you're not interested. You don't need to justify.
