AirGordon2245 Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Basically, I met this girl at work about 2 months ago. Let's call her Sara. We were both getting along just fine. We would talk about sports and other things and she would always be flirtatious. I got her number and both of the times I texted her, she did not answer. But she would always talk to me in person so I never made a big deal about it. Fast forward a couple weeks later, a new guy (larry) comes in the picture. He works at the same place as me and Sara. He would always flirt with her but I didn't make a big deal out of it because I didn't want to be insecure. Everytime Sara and I would talk, she would bring Larry in conversation but always acted like she didn't know his name. So just last week Sara invited me to watch the game with her and other coworkers at a bar. On our way there she was very flirty with me. For example touching and grabbing my arms laughing at everything I said hugging etc. When we get there she kind of positions herself like she's expecting someone else but I sit next to her anyway.the whole time she is still flirting with me. I noticed that she is texting Larry and behold he is walking in the bar. She grabs another chair and puts it on the other side of her. Now her attention is mainly on him. Talking to him and asking him questions. She says stuff to me but it's very minimal. After the game we are all getting ready to leave but I go to the bathroom first. I come out and she's gone but Larry is still there. Larry says bye to me and he heads out. I leave out shortly with2other guys. I get outside and I see Larry with his arm around Sara but she has her arms crossed her chest, she never tells him to move his arm. They eventually walk off together to do who knows what. At this point I am a little irritated. She flirts with me all day but leaves with him. My question is, how should I handle this? The last few days she has coming up to talk to me but I never talk to her long. I always act like I have something to do. I'm never rude to her. I just don't go out of my way to say something to her.
madjac74 Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Yeah blow her off. She is an attention whore. She will flirt with anyone and everyone as long as she has someone's attention.
