Hi

Ive been working with this project with a foundation and the first meeting with the representatives, I have kinda a huge crush on this one guy. He looks very charming in my eyes. And so ive told my bestfriend about him and she suggested that I try to approach this guy as i have his numbers. For quite a long time i cant seem to forget him. So this one night i contacted him. He is really busy i know that. But then he replied and asked me to tell him who i am. He said its alright, he wont judge me.. When i told him, he doesnt reply till now.

We met at meetings. Somehow i become guilty because i hate the fact that i still want to talk to him although he doesnt reply.

Should I text him and say sorry?

for making things odd/somethin?

I have texted message him a day after he doesnt reply; I thought he just fall asleep or something because the flow of our conversation was good before that. Still he doesnt reply. After a while we met for meetings he doesnt talk to me. He talk to my colleagues. But he does ask me to discuss with him about the activities, only me without my colleagues. There were times where our eyes met, and i can see softness in it. Why should he do that?

He doesn't want to get involved with you, but he doesn't want to hurt your feelings, either.

He has no interest in dating you but he is trying to preserve your working relationship & is a kind person. Please don't confuse his professionalism or courtesy (mixed with some embarrassment because he rejected you, hence the "softness" you claim to see him his eyes) for mutual interest.

Avoid interacting with him unless necessary for the project & keep all discussions solely focused on the work, nothing personal or even small talk.
