I feel like an 18 year old with a crush. How do I know if he is interested?

Writing this makes me feel like I am 18 years old with a school girl crush. I have worked with a very interesting man for a few years. He is very attentive and we have interesting conversations, business and personal but not too personal. I want to know what you think if this man is interested in me more than a friend. How do I tell? What are the signs? Everyone says he is but since he has never came out said anything to let me know for sure. I like things spelled out in black and white. We were discussing a movie once that was suggesting an affair and he told me that I needed to watch it. I did and he ask me if I knew what it meant and my reply was "Maybe." There have been hugs and once even a very quick kiss. He has touched my arm or hand when no one was around and the eye contact had been intense. How do I know or what should I do to confirm what is really going on? I am not the type to just come out and ask.

Maybe he's the type that doesn't make

the first move...I mean, we are in the Era where

the girls are more foward. In my dating experience

I've always been the one who was appraoched and asked

out to a movie or a picnic or whatever. I've never asked a girl

out on a date, well, maybe once, but i asked her if she

wanted to grab a bite and hang out, videos at her pad, etc.
