I need more female friends i need girls to date etc... Im tired of online andmy friends don't really have females hook me up. I duno what clubs i can join? I dont go school at moment im going to try bars again and mall what else?

You can meet people anywhere. But to improve your overall social circle joining clubs & activities is probably your best bet:

 

Join a summer league co-ed sports team

 

Join a charitable group like the Elks, the Moose, the Masons, the Knights of Columbus etc. and work for your community.

 

Volunteer for the politician / campaign of your choosing.

 

Go to a Meet-Up even that interests you

 

Do something with your HS Alumni association

 

Take up a cause: save the environment, raise money to eradicate a disease, serve as an usher in your community theater, be a tour guide at the local museum

Pretty much, you have to make an effort to take up activities that happen out in public or in a group. Even the right part-time job can put you in touch with people, some little nothing job you don't mind losing if it goes wrong, like restaurant, entertainment or retail.
