VedderisBetter Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I started chatting it up with a lady I sat right next to on a plane I was just on. She's 52 and quite a bit older than me and married. Lol she seemed a little flirty and told me she was from Austin and asked me if I'm going to Austin, TX ever. I said I might and said if I do we should keep in contact on Facebook and she gave me her business card which included her email and cell phone. Before this exchange she went into detail about how she's with her husband only to get his parents money when they die so they can move to key west and started complaining about how depressed her husband is and how she thought she could fix his depression but hasn't been successful at that. She is in sales so I'm sure she's used to talking. She did say I'm sweet and that she wished she knew someone my age who was single. I was tempted to say I'm attracted to older women but didn't lol. Was she just being friendly?

I remember getting off a greyhound bus at South Station in Boston after having not showered or shaved in about 2 days and hitting it off with a rather attractive older woman from Philly. I'd been to Philly before so we chatted all about the city and everything else while waiting an hour for the subway to start running. She gave me her email before she left with an invitation to let me stay with her next time I was down there. Since the person you're talking to isn't local and you'll probably never see them again travel seems like a safer way for women to be much more flirtatious and forward.

carhill Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 Female in sales and customer service. Met hundreds to thousands in airports and on airplanes over the decades. In general, save for a few whom are now known as 'flight attendants', all were married. Think nothing of it. It's what they do.
