Bobbi7 Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I recently made a "new" friend from meetup.com-we're both in the shyness groups and she private messaged me-introduced herself and suggested to meet for coffee/talk, etc, etc. So, I agreed and we met earlier this week-she seemed nice, she said that she's new to meetup and hasn't been to any events and said if there was any event that I wanted to go that she was going to contact me. Also, she suggested that her friend-whose also in the shyness group-that it would be a good idea to meet and hang together. Well, I was browsing at some of the groups and saw that her and her friend are going to this event tomorrow-and this is a group that I'm not a member of. And I'm wondering why she didn't bother to let me know if I wanted to tag along since she said she was going to contact me if there's any event she was going to?
