Do you think my Fiance (ex) actions are done to try hold on to me or take the house?

Hmm...he communicated with me yesterday, out of the blue he texted me to see him. I did. I could tell he had been drinking. Your not gonna believe what I found out. He has been sleeping in a garage next door. I thought he moved in with his drinking buddies. Apparently, he has been sleeping in a garage! (What "great" friends, they didn't even offer him a room and they have extra bedrooms.) He also said he is going to sell the house. I said no your not. He said yes I am. I said well then sell it to me, I am already approved. He just looked at me, said he was tired and had to go to bed to wake up early and went back to his garage to sleep and locked the door! I don't think he can sell without my signature since my name is also on the loan and deed. He was also concerned I drove next door and my car was parked out front for some reason instead of walking. Wonder why? He said he afraid someone would hit my car because I parked in the street, but I am not sure the real reason.

You're correct -- he absolutely cannot sell that house without your approval and consent. You're half owner of that house and have equal claim on ownership.

 

So no worries. He sounds like a drunk and he'll most likely be happy to take the money and run (and drink it away).

Frankly, this should be the least of your worries. The legality of the home ownership is what you should be concentrating on...
