What kind of cheap date can you have in the winter time?

you know how in the summer it's so many cheap options for a date but what can you do in the winter since it's cold?

 

Like now I can plan a cheap second date involving a walk or ice cream place or public movie night . But never could come up with anything in the winter

Bowling? Library? Readings at a bookstore? Old-fashioned arcade? If you live near a city, many art galleries and museums have one day a month where museums have free admission, or galleries are free and serve little hors d'oeuvres. If you live near a University, sometimes they host free evening lectures. Also look for a local Meetup, or darts or trivia night at a pub (you don't have to drink alcohol).

 

Staying in and cooking together and watching a movie is always nice, if you're past the first couple of dates.

Sleigh riding -- you need a hill & cheap plastic sled. Bring a thermos of hot chocolate & viola great cheap date.

 

Go ice skating on a local pond or lake.

 

Before the holidays, drive around & look at the lights.

 

Go antiquing. Just look at odd stuff.

 

Go to a museum.
