How do you define "flirting" between a customer and waiter/waitress?

I think there's been times when I've gone on dates and the waitress was super friendly to my date. They were just talking, laughing, smiling, etc, etc.

Waitresses are friendly. They talk and laugh and smile. I was one a long time ago, and I quickly learned the friendlier I was with people, the better the tips. When you're making below minimum wage an hour, tips are very important.
