You know the type.

The girl who is always on FB, posting about how she is unselfish and works hard and doesn't need people telling her what a bad person she is.

The one who sends you a selfie and tells you that you're wrong when you compliment her, only to post it on FB and give a thumbs up to the other ten people telling her she is pretty.

The one who sends a text telling you she isn't used to men being nice to her.

The one who is always telling you how guarded she is and how afraid she is of being hurt.

Then you find out all of that was a lie, as she is neck and neck with another guy and living with him less than a month after she says "let's just be friends".

I fell for it once. This is a 34 year old woman too. I was stupid. So I send this warning out to other guys: Don't fall for it. If she has low self-esteem and constantly complains about her life and her exes, turn around and never look back.

Ever.

I thought that was what Facebook was for? Being an attention whore going "look at me, look at me".. To me, when I see people posting 5 times a day, I think they really have some issues, especially when they are posting poor me posts about how bad their lives are.

Call them sympathy junkies or attention whores, it should certainly raise red flags if you're freshly dating a person doing this..

You didn't read the OP's entire message. He is only mad because he found out she was seeing someone else. Even though I protest facebook, he shouldn't be mad at facebook for this situation. It is likely the only reason he discovered the truth.

Besides he didn't say this was his girlfriend and she likely had every right to be "neck and neck" with another guy.

Heh, I've deleted people from my friendlist for posting too often. Can't stand attention whores.

I'd say that goes for staying away from guys like that as well.

Signs of a BPD. Stay away. These women are complete nutters and will drain every life force in your body.

Yep, the abyss. Know it well. Sometimes the winning move is not to play.
