Ht And that's why bags exist....geesh

You put one on her head and **poof** problem solved...And, if you have two bags, even better...one to put on your head just in case hers comes off.

Then there's lighting....

Let Gloria25 tell you a shallow story...now kids, come, come and sit around the fireplace, ok?

Anywho, dude was hawwwwt. Handsome, great body and a Ranger I must add ;) BUT!!! Like most military guys, had a shaved head. And, he had a handsome head too....but, there's just something that turns me off about Caucasian guys who intentionally shave their heads bald...I don't know, makes me think of Skin Heads or something (probably the same way I feel about certain accents)...

Anywho, when he took off the baseball cap, I dimmed the lights...and trust me, I do not have sex in the dark (well, I have "proper" lighting...not too dark and/or light). And the sex was great, he was handsome and fit, but I just can't stand shaved heads....And gosh, he kept on turning the lights on, we'd tumble around and I'd turn them back low...

I mean, I feel bad for people with bad acne and I, going on 40, still get pimples now and then, but we're in a day/age with soooo many treatments out there...if someone isn't taking care of their acne then they must live under a rock and/or are lazy/don't care....and IMO, that's less attractive than the acne itself.

Same way I feel about overweight people...Being so lazy that you can't/won't even go on a 30 min walk once or twice a week is more unattractive than your weight. I don't see how people feel love and/or attraction to lazy.

The dermatologists can do things with lazers and peels now that can really reduce those acne scars. It takes some time and money, but it it bothers you still, at least check it out. There are so many options now. On teens, of course, they could fix it, and there'd be a new breakout, but on adults, perfect time to get a dermatologist to get that off of there. I saw it done on TV. It takes more than one treatment of course.

Scars and most acne isn't a big deal for me. Admittedly I would be quite concerned if it was something as bad as this: http://skincarebylouisa.com/wp-content/gallery/acne/acnepix2.jpg , because the people suffering from acne that bad just look in pain/discomfort all the time. But there are plenty of medications to help with that. The meds aren't perfect nor do they give people perfect skin, but they can certainly help to a large degree.

I can't understand this. Why do women seem to find oily skin unattractive?

I love it. Sets off every glistening nuance of the female face (and body).

I also had nearly disfiguring acne and backne that nothing helped until they invented accutane. I was one of the first on it. It definitely worked. It was fierce, but it stopped my oil glands.

 Didn't you say you were in your 30s? The FDA approved Accutane (isotretinoin) in 1982.

I, like CC, had awful acne when I was younger. I got teased for it by bullies, and I remember one time I came out of the shower looking and feeling so miserable, my mom actually burst into tears and decided from then on we were gonna do whatever we could to fix it.

Tell me about it.

I had my acne back in high school, and while I didn't get bullied, people would often come up to me and say, "what is wrong with your face?!?!". I also got comments like "you know, you can get rid of your acne if you buy ______". Thanks, tried it already, doesn't work.

My sister was bullied a lot for it though. Her acne was even worse, much worse. The medication that worked for me didn't work for her, and her acne never went away like mine did. So she eventually went on Accutane and the acne went away. But she's still super sensitive about it.

People in high school were stupid, insensitive jerks. I've never seen or heard of adults making that kind of stupid commentary, about acne. Most often, people with acne are very sensitive about the condition of their skin, and for some unfortunate folks it takes a long time and sampling of many medications before they find the one that works for them. The OP's post makes people with acne problems sound like ugly freaks.

sweet flying feathery winged Jesus. I have had friends who have had facial problems (two due to cancer, some acne, I myself get acne) But the only time I will think How the hell do they get bf's/gf's is if they were a user or something or some other ****ty human being. Their facial imperfections don't enter into it for me. The guys your friends date are obviously better people than you for dating them and well yes maybe they have said stuff but they still date them.

and you say and write and think that about dear friends?? Jesus, if I found out I had a friend secretly thinking that about me because I sometimes get acne, I will dump them on the spot.

Jesus, you should be thinking How the hell do they get dates" if they were Karla Homolka (someone actually married her!) or some user or some crappy human being, NOT if they have some acne on their face!
