Trishern Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 So do you have a plan? Are you going on the training?
Author krista28 Posted May 14, 2015 Author Posted May 14, 2015 I figure I will do the training. But an elephant never forgets. I wont forget what theyve done here. And I certainly dont feel the same about my boss anymore. I used to genuinely care about the company....not anymore
empresario Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 I'll chime in with the other business owners. I pride myself on culture building. I've never, in 3 companies, had a person quit. So I'm pretty good at understanding when people are happy and when they are not. Most managers, good ones at least, know exactly when you're about to quit. When I fire people, they either A) thank me or B) tell me they saw it coming and were already looking for another job. If you feel like your manager is trying to improve you and is less than satisfied with your work...then they probably are. This is your chance to make a positive change and take it as a challenge. They are trying to preserve your career in their mind (right or wrong). It's up to you what you do from there. The hardest time sometimes as a manager/leader is looking at yourself. Even if you don't think you're doing anything wrong...it's possible others do. And if someone else thinks you're doing something wrong it's just as bad as if you are.
Author krista28 Posted May 15, 2015 Author Posted May 15, 2015 Impresario thats very good advice however. ..I know they are happy with my performance. Im making decent money for my office. Thats not it. I honestly think theyre taking stress out on their employees or its personal.

If your heart isn't in it anymore and you don't like/respect your bosses or the company you work for, then things are going to get worse. How can you put in 100% and be happy if you truly feel the way you do? 1
