I was walking with my friend down the street and she was sitting at a restaurant, I think with people from her work. I saw her but I wasn't sure if it was her, then I look again and it was definitely her.

As soon as I got home I checked if she opened up her Facebook again (just searched her name, did not get into the profile itself) since she told me the last time we saw each other that she is only going to use IG, and she did so that probably means she saw me too and just wanted to see me.

I am going crazy, I fear I am going to dream the whole night about her. I feel horrible. I want to into her profile so so bad and see her.

This probably isn't what you want to hear, but you really should block her from Facebook -- and from every other site and app you use. Stop torturing yourself. Following her online really will delay your healing.

Read through the No Contact guide posted on this site, it really helps!

You hurt yourself.

Don't check her social media.

Block her on everything.

Running into her in public is unfortunate and totally beyond your control. Running into her online is unfortunate and totally within your control.

I am not opening the profile, I put the first letters of her name and her profile is the first that appears in the search, I am not clicking into her profile. Maybe she is thinking about me and missing me.

I mean she told me I was the only man she has ever looked up to but she is just too busy to give what I want which is time, she has school and work and she is barely home.

I think I made a mistake in telling her that if she can't fulfill my needs now I cant have her in my life to hang out once in a while. I should of given her more time, one day she wont be as busy.
