It also depends...if you see a young lady, letting her hair down, dancing in a nightclub, and obviously enjoying herself (on the decent and respectable side of 'tipsy') it might work.

 

Whisper it to a woman stacking her shopping in her trolley at the check-out hummmmmm..... might not be such a good idea.....
