I feel like I've finally gotten in a decent place emotionally. The house is sold and I'm in an apt nearby for convenient shared custody but I am having a hard time just keeping it together in general. I used to be so on top of everything. Dinners, appointments, etc. Now I barely have motivation for laundry or dishes. I haven't cooked a meal for myself since separating and the D. I dont feel depressed anymore but the only time I feel "normal" is days with my kids. Anyone else go through this or have helpful ideas?
