Is this girl interested in me even though she has a boyfriend?

My friend and I are having a debate about whether this girl likes me. She says yes but I think it's just part of her personality.

 

Long story short. I met this girl through work. We bonded over career interests and similar tastes in TV shows. She would let me know about job opportunities or offer to proofread my cover letter. I asked her out to lunch and she said she was busy while hinting that she had a boyfriend. I let it be and just continued to be friends. We became better friends and she asked me to teach her Spanish. She would still help me a lot while I was looking to start a career. When I had to take an online test, she offered to help me over the phone I was taking the test or just be on the phone for moral support. This is what caused my friend to say that she had romantic interest in me. However, I just think that she is a nice person and doesn't see it as anything else? What do you guys think? She always says we should get lunch but dodges it at the last minute. That is not something somebody would romantic interest would do. I'm not saying that I would interfere in her relationship or anything. But I'm curious whether she views me as just a friend or a potential romantic interest.

Doesn't matter whether she is or not because she's not single. Ask yourself this question when she is, less drama all round.

I'd say see views you as just a friend who is a potential romantic interest. In other words she's trying to have it both ways - she cozies you up bc she's interested and it feels good, then cools you down bc it makes her feel guilty due to her existing relationship. She's actually not treating you very well all things considered.

She only sees you as a friend. Either way, don't do anything until she becomes single. You don't want to be that guy.
