A few reasons why come to mind.

 

She's marrying you for the wrong reasons, so sees little to be happy about other than having caught someone who ticks the checkboxes, but not her passions.

 

She's feeling guilty about something (like screwing the best man recently) and can't let it go.

 

She never gave you blow jobs anyway, so isn't happy that she can stop now that she's married.
