One guy was limp like that with me on OLD. I pretty much did what I recommended you do, I said I'd like to meet to over drinks and he was like "ok" w/o suggestions, enthusiasm and I was like "ok" right back and left it there...

I don't think you were passive at all. I think you were being proactive while trying not to be pushy. The ball was in her court and she was being evasive.

 

Judging by the text conversation, she sounds very young and unable to string her own words together. Like someone already said, she doesn't seem intelligent enough to be able to pick up to your cues.
