I have been monitoring my water percentage, muscle mass, bone density, fat percentage every week now for almost 2 months. Been trying to drink more water, my body is almost consistently at 44%. I have been told I need to drink more but I find I am having to pee like every 30 min. It is annoying. I went to see a movie at the theatre the other night and had to get up 3 times. It was embarrassing. But I keep getting told I need to drink more.

 

Is 44% not enough? Is it normal to pee every half hour?
