Amy Lyn Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 You know how sometimes when you're dating a guy and at first he gives you all this attention and you totally think you have him whipped....then all the sudden you don't ever hear from him again and this makes you want him so much more? Does this work when girls pull this on guys? Like when a girl is totally all over a guy and giving him lots of attention and then all the sudden she stops with no word, no reason, no nothing.....does this ever confuse guys and make them want the girl more?

No because it's much easier to move on to the next girl than to deal with the original girl's BS. If a girl pulled this on me, I'd assume she's either playing games (immature) or emotionally unstable. Either way, I'd quickly move on without ever looking back.

If you're with a guy who is confident that he can find other prospects and has enough self-pride not to be toyed with, that's a good way to permanently f*ck up a good thing. If you're with a guy who lacks confidence in himself and perhaps feels like he really wants to be with you - in spite of all the psychological confusion you may cause him - then yes, perhaps it would have the desired effect. But do you really want this kind of guy? I believe in patience and perserverance, but not games. Anyone mature will see through it and categorize you as a fraud if you play with their hearts like that.
