alexwood Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 if a girl says you have a good sense of humor and laughs at your jokes is that a good thing or can that put you into the friend zone?
casey.lives Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 if you add a little sexuality with a little dirty, you're okay.
todreaminblue Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 i would forgo with the sexual innuendo humor...gets old quickly........and yes women like men who have a sense of humor tapered also with a serious side.....because sometimes life isnt about cracking a joke at every opportunity...i love a guy and always have,if when i am sad....he can make me smile...to laugh...well that is bonus......if that happens to be by being naturally goofy and not caring how goofy he looks.....then that is even more endearing....deb
preraph Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Someone who is genuinely witty has a great asset for socializing in general, including popular with women. But a lot of people think being a smart*ss who says things to insult others is funny. These people can usually be identified pretty quickly because they also excuse their own bitter attempt at humor with "Only joking" or calling it irony or saying they're cynical, as if that's an excuse. So there are a lot more people who think they're funny who are just taking shots at people. But when you find someone who is really witty without insulting others or being self-deprecating, they will likely have lots of friends and dates. 4
Fhsjkfjrhsdh3646 Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Guys who aren't funny have a much harder time dating. It's a universal quality all Women seek - all women want a guy to make them laugh. 1
thefooloftheyear Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Women like witty and sharp.....but dont like clowns... TFY 2
carhill Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 if you're attractive, being funny can enhance that sexual desire. If you're unattractive, you're enjoyed like a good standup at the club. A few drinks, laughs and everyone goes home.
angel.eyes Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Depends. Potty humor, hurtful sarcasm, class clown behavior, immaturity...no! Self-deprecating, witty humor and an ability to lighten the mood during tense or difficult social moments with a cute joke appropriate to the situation? Totally hawt! 1
jay1983 Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 If he's attractive or if they find him physically attractive, no he won't be put in the friendzone.
preraph Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 I'd say the test of whether you are funny or just think you are is whether you have lots of male and female friends who like to have you around. If they like you, so will dates.
Syberia Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Depends. Potty humor, hurtful sarcasm, class clown behavior, immaturity...no! Also depends. My wife often acts like "one of the guys" and we go so far as to pass gas on each other at times, lol.
d0nnivain Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Sex fades. A sense of humor gets better over time.
DivorcedDad123 Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 One name: Carrot Top. When muscle and humor get you nowhere. Never heard a woman willing to drop her pants for him. But generally yes, many women like a sense of humor coupled with physical attraction.

DivorcedDad123 Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 I'm not sure if thats a rumor or not,but I don't think it would matter. I've never heard any woman say he was "cute, hot, etc.,," although he does have a good sense of humor.
angel.eyes Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Also depends. My wife often acts like "one of the guys" and we go so far as to pass gas on each other at times, lol. That we should be so lucky that potty humor types would limit themselves to farting! Unfortunately that's in far too good taste for some of them. I would go search for an example on YouTube, but it's lunchtime and I don't care to hurl my meal. Be that as it may, disgust and/or hurling don't lead to romantic attraction.

Heck, he could be Richard Pryor and Rodney Dangerfield wrapped up into one and it still wouldnt be enough.. TFY
angel.eyes Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Is he not gay? Exactly. That limits the number of women groupies.
