I told her that i thought she was cute, but that i'm not trying to get into her pants. I bought her a drink, and she ended up giving me her number after i asked her for it. She was hesitant and didn't think i would text her the next day. She is really cute and so I obviously texted her the next day, and we had a pretty jovial and casual conversation. I asked her out on a date for the upcoming Saturday and she said yes and the she was "really excited" I continued to try and talk to her throughout the week, but she never responded to my texts or phone call after that, and we never ended up going on that date. I'm guessing it is just because she wasn't into me? Should I text her again and ask if she should follow through on going on a date with me?
endlessabyss Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 I know it sucks getting your hopes up that you found someone that interest went both ways, but I wouldn't even bother texting her again. If she was interested she would have met up with you, or at least be responding back to your messages. Leave it up to her now, you have done all can. If you keep texting her she'll just look at you as another sucker.... 1

I would say that this is pretty typical of a bar encounter for the average guy. Next time, just try to have sex with her right away. If you are not wanting to do that, don't pick up women in bars.
La.Primavera Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 It sounds like she changed her mind during the week but didn't have the guts to come out and tell you so she decided to ignore you hoping you would take the hint. I would advise you not to contact her again as nothing good can come from it. There is no point wasting your time on someone who treats you like that. There are so many amazing women out there who won't mess you around.
