If I end up playing with myself (ugh poor choice of words) then so be it. If not just stand up for yourself and say something you like about yourself or your current situation that does not revolve around the dumper. My Lists today 1. New scented body soap Im going to use. 2. Exploration of tea today. 3. I listen well and can contribute to conversations to make them last longer. 4. There are many people who will be good for me. Today might be the day I meet one. 5. Blueberry flavoring So stand up my friends if you dont feel it then have some of my joy... Good fortune to us all today dumpees

imbax Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 My lists today: 1. Be nice to everyone in life 2. Tell myself that I am an okay looking person with a sexy body 3. I am intelligent and a highly committed person, the ex has lost major. 4. My argument is that yes my ex-girlfriend can get sex where-ever and more frequently than me but can she get a committed guy like me in the future? I doubt it. Yes as a guy it is harder to get sex, but sex is just around the corner for everyone. She has lost a lot more and in time she will realise this. Her loss, not mine. 5. I am focusing hard on my studies which will put me in a better position 6. I am going to stop talking negatively about the relationship. Positive memories for all! My girlfriend was a nice person and that's what I respect. I have the highest respect for her decisions - it is for the best at the moment! 7. Honestly, I had a bit of a cry when I'm smashing out some of my trance music involving deep and meaningful love lyrics of break ups. Hey it's only day 4 and I am coping well! (3.5 year relationship)

Some in the main aisle...others near the free trade/organics. I will be the ultimate in mindless consumer...probably the packaging will decide it for me today

I've been trying to make a point to do a small act of kindness every day, something as simple as letting in a car in front of me. I find doing things for others takes my mind off my own problems.

Thats two people going the 5k route...never even considered this...but I am open to new things...will start walking to get up to that Enjoy and smile you earned it

But I started running to clear my head and I don't even time myself, I simply do it to relax myself and have some "no pressure" time. Start slow jogging mixed in with walking for 3K (that's how I started), it's all about you so don't even worry about speed or time, just use it as therapy.
