i messed up the NC rule before i knew about it. i want to fix this

i was with my ex of almost 3 years. we were going to get married, thought of children, happy together, or so i thought. she was about to move away to a school 4 hours away. after two months of weird text i confront i want to see her. we had a great date day, till we had dinner, she wanted to have a break with me. she reassured me we would be together in autumn, and she gave back the ring to me to get it resized...

 

after 30 days, i waited. i went to check on her twitter and broke down completely. signs of a man, and i went on snapchat and found a log of him and her talking provocatively a few days after the break happened. she doesnt know i did this tho. i spewed my heart and emotions out asking if i did her wrong, about our future. i know it was a bad move though and from what ive read is horrible to do.

 

now im trying to text her once a week with things ive seen from dating couches on youtube. should i be back in NC instead? she still has pictures of us up on instagram, and she didn't want to hurt me, so those are signs of her having feelings still. what should i do?

The reason that you know this for a fact is because she's perfectly capable of getting it resized herself.

You do nothing. You start a hard NC. Think about it. She put more of a value on this other guy that she wanted to be away from you and even gave you the ring back. That alone she have spoke volumes to you. Girls dream of the day that a guy gets on bended knee and places a ring on her finger. And for her to give it back is a massive slap in the face to you.

 

 

Block her from everything. Go dark. DO not respond to text emails and let all phonecalls go to voicemail.

 

 

Sorry that happened to you, but you deserve better.
