You don't have to delete your account. There are a lot of people with strongly held beliefs here. take it all with a grain of salt.

 

You did what you wanted -- dropped off the tickets. If it made you feel better then it was a good thing.

 

Not responding when she texted you seems a bit game playing to me. You kind of started this by dropping off the tickets.

 

I'm a believer in NC but I'm not a slave to it. You could have simply said what you told me. I gave you the tickets because I bought them for you & frankly I hate the band so you might as well use them so at least I didn't waste my money.

 

There are posters who will tell me that mine is terrible response but it's finite and not needy. It's not about her. It's about you. In the end you have to take the path that gets you to a healthy place the fastest. That path is not the same for everybody.

The God damn end all to this ticket situation is he did it because he wanted to. Some say it's a game, I say she would have played games if he did anything else other than just leave the tickets and not respond, read one of my last posts. We should focus on his feelings as he's here on LS, not her.

 

Anyways, what I wanted to say was you don't need to delete your account, there will be a time when you want to break down and text, call, go see her, and/or all of the above and if you come here to vent it will go away. Good luck, we were only trying to help!

Well you came here for advice and you got it.

 

Im guessing you were here looking for a solution to get back together with her? Well tbh I did too. But unfortunately there ain't any guaranteed formulas for that.

 

All we can do is hope that one day our loved ones will reach out by staying in NC.

And when and if that day comes, it's up to us to decide what to do from there.
