I am have to take care of all these disputes that take up 50% of my time, when I should really only be assisting in these cases. I do not get the "big Bucks" at least 10k more, like these guys i work with do, who are supposed to lead on these cases. i am soo fed up with it right now, that and the fact that i do not know all the laws and codes, inside and out like the Officers that are supposed to do this crap.
tiki Posted April 14, 2005 Posted April 14, 2005 Ah, that sucks. You should be getting the buckage for it. I know a lot about computers and my office thinks I'm their IT person or some sh*t. I'm very capable, but IT peeps get paid big bucks. I told them I'm not properly trained. WTF?!
Author laRubiaBonita Posted April 14, 2005 Author Posted April 14, 2005 well i was asking a "peer" , the other secr. on my floor, about job description stuff, and dhe was saying how we admins. have that catch-all "and other various tasks, as needed" thrown in . i do not even make 30k a year, they get at least 45k-50k. i wish i had a penis in times like this.
lindya Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 You don't need a penis, but maybe if you don't already have one you need to get a qualification in personnel management. You can do on the job training. It'll give you better negotiating power
