I live in the US and my boyfriend is from Nigeria. His visa expires in Sept. We are in love and we would hate to see him have to go back home. We don't want to do anything illegal so what options do we have. I really need some good advice.

I think your question is beyond the scope of these pages.

 

You really need to talk to immigration services or whatever organisation you have in US to get the correct advice.

You need to contact an immigration lawyer. Only they can look at your specific situation and give advice.
