But then she began asking me a million questions as to why we broke up, if I still loved her,etc. we drank a little and had sex 3 different times and the next morning she wanted to hang out. Everything seemed fine but on my way home she texted me saying it was the alcohols fault that we had sex and I found out that she has a bf or someone else. I wish I would've known that before but anyways my friends and her friends just think she's blaming the alcohol because she knows I don't want to get back with her. She claims this was an accident but I call bs. Thoughts on this?

She's just trying to ween herself off you, love dies slow - it's low enough that she'll never come back permanently, but the memories are strong enough that she'll keep toying with you like a cat with a mouse, and reject you again and again. You need to put a stop to this - cut contact, cut the cord, don't let her pull you back into her trap.... like I said, all that's waiting at the end is another rejection, one of man's most painful things. Take charge of your life and happiness, put your foot down - cut contact and date other women - with a new woman and a clean slate, you can have a happy and healthy relationship once again. elaine567 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Seems you had one of those on off relationships that you eventually turned off for good and now you sort of turn it on again by hanging out and having sex with her, but obviously you gave her no serious indication you wanted things to move forward, so she protects herself and saves face by saying it was just the drink and she has a bf. If you want back with her, then go about it honestly, if you do not want her then refuse to have anything to do with her. Do not use exes for sex, it messes with their heads and hurts them. 1

I've been down that road before. Stop, you need to cut contact and move on my friend. No need to over think this scenario. You ended the relationship, move on already. It was just break-up pitty sex. She put herself it that situation and will rationalize having sex with you any way she feels like it. Gary S is right, one chance per girl per lifetime. 1
