He needs reassurance and by saying all these things so soon he's reeling you in quickly so he feels secure. Never mind whether he truly means any of it or not. Yeah he probably does right now, but its a short high that will pass quickly and he'll be searching for that new relationship high with another when this one with you enters its lull. My question is - are you sure he is truly single?
