eddpad Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Question: What are some ideal third date ideas. I'm trying to think of something fun, outside of the usual dinner and drinks. Currently, I'm thinking either going dancing or some type of activity like bowling (cliche?). And GO!
adiamond Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Any sort of sport (pick up basketball, bowling, tennis, raquet ball) , ice skating is popular, hiking, any sort of museum, any sort of class, geo caching, doing something either one of you is good at, 1
DoesntGetIt Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 sex but really it depends on what they're into. I've done board game dates with people into board games. Dave and Busters for people into drinking and video games. Go Karts, Mini-Golf, concerts, shows, hell go with murder mystery dinner if you really want to do something different. Some kind of art class (make a pottery, paint a picture with help, etc.). World is full of fun things to do. 1
Gary S Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 A lot of women love to dance.... so if she likes to dance, that would be a winner. The dance floor is the only place you are free to show off on a date (and you can show off with humor). Another great date idea is an amusement park or zoo... get her to pose for pictures while you are there, that can be a lot of fun. Additionally, google it... there are lists of date ideas on the web, there are thousands of date ideas. Whatever you do, try to do something that maximizes the fun... so go take her on a super date! Like the song by Cindi Lauper says, Girls Just Want To Have Fun.
fitnessfan365 Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 hell go with murder mystery dinner if you really want to do something different. World is full of fun things to do. Haha.. I actually posted about this awhile ago. My ex loved murder mysteries so when I knew I wanted her to be my GF, I took her to one. She loved it. It was actually pretty expensive - over $200. But I didn't mind because she stuck around through all the lower cost dates I took her on to test her intentions. I actually got the idea from Joe Millionaire years ago. Low class blue collar worker pretends to be a millionaire looking for love. In the end, it tests which woman is actually loyal or in it for the money. So I flipped the concept and do a lot of low cost, creative, and low key dates. The women who are high maintenance, spoiled, etc usually drift away after 2-3 dates. It's the ones that stick around who prove they like me for me and not my wallet.

As for 'cliche'...nothing is yet cliche between the two of you. 2
todreaminblue Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 why not bounce around ideas together.......see what fits how the weather is etc....deb
Versacehottie Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 I wouldn't worry about "cliche". You know how when you're with the right person, everything is anything but..... good luck
smackie9 Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Dinner at your place, movie and bottle of wine, foot rub then sex.
d0nnivain Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 They are clichés for a reason. They are classic. I have never heard of some woman dropping a guy she liked because he wasn't creative about their dates. That said consider: bowling shooting pool picnic horseback riding zip lining a hike amusement park museum festival live theater dancing taking some kind of art class: painting or making a clay pot an expo of some sort volunteering somewhere, like walking dogs bungee jumping playing real golf or mini golf attending a poetry reading or general lecture
