She didn't have sex with me but we did end up kissing and I even groped her breast (that's when she told me there would be no sex). I'm actually a little offended that she didn't sleep with me. I mean she has a reputation for being promiscous but somehow I'm not good enough? Anyway I'm happy that I finally managed to do something but am just wondering why she wouldn't sleep with me. I didn't really talk to her about it. 2

You don't really know each other and a kiss on the first date is pretty personal. If I might suggest something, caress rather than grope; perhaps it's word semantics, IDK I'm actually a little offended that she didn't sleep with me. I mean she has a reputation for being promiscous but somehow I'm not good enough? Promiscuity doesn't have to equal sex on every new date and it didn't in this case. Anyway I'm happy that I finally managed to do something but am just wondering why she wouldn't sleep with me. I didn't really talk to her about it. She didn't want to have sex with you. That's OK. She did evidently feel comfortable enough and interested enough to have physical contact and a kiss. Just keep showing up. 1

If you did, there was a 99% chance that she would never speak to you again. Regardless if she is promiscuous she still has her self-respect. Believing that she should sleep with you just because she is easy screams of entitlement. She owes you nothing. Her being promiscuous or not simply doesn't matter. All it means is that she has a higher chance of sleeping with a guy. Hang out with her again and try to show her a good time. Maybe you'll get lucky. Maybe you won't.
