I told her I wasn't really inclined to hear about that just yet considering how I felt about her. We discussed dating, I basically told her that there were many unknowns and I wanted to go on a date to at least venture and discuss things. Her response was she didn't want to go down that route because we'd potentially risk our jobs. Therefore I suspect one of three things, one she was put off by Friday enough that it changed her feelings for me (thus she never liked me as much as she did), two: Katie's reasoning, which was it was "want what I can't have syndrome", or three: she really is too worried about her career and doesn't want to risk it. She is very nice so there is a potential she isn't trying to hurt my feelings...But all I can do is say its over and be a friend.
