superhotman Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 hey I was talking to this very very hot girl on OKcupid but it ended up bad and she was even mad at me. Such a pity. this is the convo with her: Me: Hi. So when can I take this princess out for dinner? Her: When you got my interest, haha. Me: Would any diamond ring be required? I was hoping for a shortcut since it is B&B day soon. Her: A diamond ring? LOL maybe. What is B&B day? Me: Girls have valentines day, we guys have Beef & Blowjob day on 14th march. Her: Geez, enough reason to lose all possible sexual interest/attraction for you! Me: Google it. It's an ''official'' day. Her: So? Lol. How offensive. Me: Why? Just asking for a shortcut lol its a special day Her: You hoping for a shortcut... how offensive. Go to a prosititue because you won't go far with that sexual entitled attitude! Have a nice day! She pretty much flipped at me lol how can i improve and why does she overreact damn
Arieswoman Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 superhotman, we'll it looks like you weren't as "superhot" as you thought. Her: You hoping for a shortcut... how offensive. Go to a prosititue because you won't go far with that sexual entitled attitude! Have a nice day! She pretty much flipped at me lol how can i improve and why does she overreact damn Are you serious? Listen to what she says about an "entitled attitude" and make the necessary corrections to your behaviour and you might get somewhere. How old are you BTW? Because you sound like a testosterone-filled adolescent. Grow up. 5
spiderowl Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Yes, I think I'd find that pretty offensive too. I might have heard about that day but I wouldn't appreciate a guy bringing it up when we hadn't even met and got a sense of how we interacted. It was crass behaviour and you found out that some women won't find it amusing. Perhaps she was looking for a tactful grown up. 2
MrMeh Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 If there were things not to say, your statement would've have been near the top. I don't get what you expected her to say...
preraph Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 You don't know anyone you've only met online well enough to get away with using that language on them. 2

elliecoffee Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Superhotman ! I do believe she's really into you, just playing hard to get AHAHA ! xx
Philosopher Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 I have three comments about your convo: Firstly when messaging someone on an Online dating site, never ever mention you are looking for sex or write something that strongly implies that are just looking for sex. Most women hate these messages and it confirms to them that the guy is only interested in sex and not in actually getting to know them. Secondly don't act like you are entitled to a date, relationship or sex. It is OK to ask to a date. However insisting that you two have to go on a date or worse have sex will make you look desperate and she will see it as you ignoring her feelings. Thirdly from your interaction even before the B&B message I think she was a bit unsure on whether she wanted to date you. If she was very into you she would have probably agreed to dinner right away, instead she said that you have get her interest instead. So possibly you needed to work more on building up her interest before you asked her out. 1
d0nnivain Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 She pretty much flipped at me lol how can i improve and why does she overreact damn She didn't overreact. She under-reacted. What you said was vulgar & offensive. You don't speak like that to strangers you are trying to date. You speak like that to prostitutes or people you know will appreciate such bawdiness. If you do not know if someone appreciates that type of comment, or emphasis on the basest physical aspects of sex, with no emotional connection whatsoever, you refrain from discussing it. Just for the record in the context in which you used it calling her a Princess was also an insult. You weren't putting her on a pedestal, you were demeaning her & telling her that she was entitled & spoiled. You don't even know her. How dare you judge her?! Crass inappropriate comments like the ones you made are what turn most women off OLD. You improve by going home & asking your parents to reteach you some manners. Those lessons obviously didn't sink in the 1st time. 5

Arieswoman Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Hmmm, I did wonder if the post was a bit of a "wind-up"....

I hope so but I have been around LS long enough to know that somebody else reading this also wondered if what that one it wonder wrote wasn't so bad. I also to not "get" internet humor / sarcasm.
preraph Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 If that was a windup, then good lesson to note that windups don't come across funny in writing. 1
kolleamm Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 The minute you mentioned blowjob you lost, I mean come on...really? It makes you look like a sex crazed rapist.
fitnessfan365 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Dude, that was TERRIBLE. You bring up a BJ to a woman online that you've never even spent any time with yet? It's one thing to make a humorous innuendo and have some harmless flirting to build tension. But what you did was just plain stupid. 1
MidwestUSA Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Whoever coined this holiday didn't take into consideration that we already have pi day on the 14th. I'm sure she'd have been more receptive to celebrating that with a nice cream pie. Live and learn dude.
Teknoe Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 The minute you mentioned blowjob you lost, I mean come on...really? It makes you look like a sex crazed rapist. +100 This is a girl online too! You have no idea of the body language, the facial expressions, the tone, etc. Terrible choice. I understand you're trying to do the whole "cocky and cool and confident" routine, but that's just a little too much. 2

He can do it if he already knows the girl and the girl knows and likes that sort of humor/confidence, but you don't pull it on a stranger you've never met before online. LMAO
