If you're the child of parents in a scenario of your described situation, there's nothing you can do. You can't force people to do healthy choices.

If you're the mother, kick your husbands' sorry butt out the door.

If you're the father, grow up.

You can tell the WS that they are a disappointment to you.

You can tell the WS's parents and siblings about his bad behavior.

You can tell the OW's husband so he knows his WW is cheating on him.

You can tell the OW's parents and siblings how her behavior is damaging you.

Peer pressure can cause affairs to end.

Try not to take sides.

It's easier to lean on one, and blame the other...try to remain neutral, if possible.

I'm sorry you have to witness this.

Oddly enough, I watched my stepmother cheat on my father. Like your mom, he knew, but didn't care. I was devastated and angry at her at the time.

Turned out, my dad was cheating on her too.

Bottom line, it's their marriage. They are your parents, try to be their child and not interfere too much.
