Senior Year and Prom! Help!

Ok will try to keep it as short as possible.

First of all there are 2 girls NH and RM

 

 

I have never ever told a girl I had a crush on that I actually like her or anything of that sort, except this one time about a month ago. There was this girl in my class that I had a crush on and after a lot of time and talking with my friends, I decided to tell her. I asked her out to Prom and got semi-rejected. I didn't get friend zoned or anything, but she told me that she was anticipating someone else specifically to ask her.

 

 

Anyways, now I am thinking about asking RM, NH's best friend. I talk with her on daily basis and always enjoy spending time with her. She complements me a lot and I find her looks and personality appealing. The thing is, I already asked NH and I am sure she told RM about my proposal. I don't want both of them to think that I am just going around asking for a random prom date cuz I really am not.

 

 

I don't know if a prom date could really turn into a relationship, but I am afraid I might breakup with RM when we go to college. We will be in different colleges and I think we might not talk that much which my lead to us breaking up, assuming she agrees and things workout well in prom.

 

 

It is worth noting that NH used to complement a lot about my looks, most girls do about my personality or my eyes, but still she rejected me(I am 6ft'4 medium weight). RM also complements me a lot and a few days ago a female friend of mine was sitting with RM, gossiping to be precise, and I was approaching them RM said that I would look so hot with muscles( I was approaching with a polo shirt after a long winter of buffy jackets :p)

Don't know if she thinks I am just a friend or if she has any feelings for me, but I want to ask her.

 

 

So any advice? what should I do?

Should I just go alone and avoid any weird stuff for the remaining 3 months of school?

Dude its prom, its perfectly OK to ask pretty much anyone, and I'm sure she won't be upset you asked her friend earlier. Prom date doesn't mean you will get a relationship out of it - It is POSSIBLE though... I suggest you go to Prom and just focus on HAVING A GOOD TIME, and don't make things weird.

 

JUST ASK HER!!! don't overthink it.
