Just a simple question -

How do you work No Contact if you also want to use the "I've moved on, I'm perfectly happy without you and having a good time" tactic to win them back.

If you do No Contact how do they get to see the new, improved you and realise what they are missing?

.......if any of it works at all, that is!

No contact shouldn't be implemented as an attempt to win them back. No contact should be implemented as an attempt to move on with your life and come to terms with the end of the relationship.

NC, when done properly, is the most powerful tool in one's emotional arsenal. Let me tell u that it does work CLEEBIE if u know how to use it.

To answer the above question you make sure that any mutual friends and aquaintances know what you are doing and who you are doing it with. It will almost certainly make its way back to your ex lover over time, and you still get to keep strict NC. Sneaky isn't it? he he
