If you do No Contact how do they get to see the new, improved you and realise what they are missing? .......if any of it works at all, that is!

NC, when done properly, is the most powerful tool in one's emotional arsenal. Let me tell u that it does work CLEEBIE if u know how to use it. To answer the above question you make sure that any mutual friends and aquaintances know what you are doing and who you are doing it with. It will almost certainly make its way back to your ex lover over time, and you still get to keep strict NC. Sneaky isn't it? he he
