Just curious to see how much sexual and romantic aggression/activity/interest is typical on the first few dates after you have sex with someone for the first time. Is it when you see each other you're tearing each others clothes off and the idea of a normal date kind of flies out the window as the bed calls, or are the dates more normal - dinner, conversation, activities, etc. and then things get ramped up a bit later in the date because you're more comfortable with each other than on the first few dates? At this point, should sexual activity be a date staple, or just every couple/few dates?

I realize that there's not a standard - but it would be great to hear a bit about your experiences, as I'm in that situation, but she seems a bit shy, so I am curious if I should always be pushing for it (to help build a chemical connection), or if we should just let the dates pan out and if it happens it happens, if not, the day was still fun.

Sex to me is great, but tends to be secondary to getting to know her better (although I acknowledge that sex can serve as a tool to getting to know her better - and maybe that's the origin of this question - would I be missing out on building a connection if sex isn't front and center on these first few dates following the first sexual encounter)
