Woke up with a great attitude, I think that's the most importante part of doing better.

Realize he/she who broke up with us isn't worth it, realize they lost somebody who wouldn't have given up on them. Work on you, look good, feel good and be good, make that little step to show it off. Karma will come around and make them realize how good we were, how badly they messed up and exactly how much they missed out on a good catch. Only and only look up, stop looking down, you are much better and deserve to be seen.

Change your damn life, make yourself the best person you've wanted to be, get inspired, smile and live your life for you and you only. With time and a lot of patience something big will come to your life and somebody better will compliment it perfectly.

I'm tired of suffering for somebody who didn't give one dime, I'm tired of wasting days for somebody who deserves nothing from me. It's time we all work together and change for good. Leave those people who only bring you pain and negativity behind.

For those rap fans, here it is:

Now go and have a damn good week people, start it off perfectly.

It's all true what you said but how to act. What steps to take? I keep slipping and falling, getting back up and falling again. It's painful and it's killing all of my energy and will to live. I'm sick of this happening to me all of the time. My mood ATM: no will to eat, to sleep, nothing.

Hey we've all been there, some days like today are easy, other days are just painful and impossible to get through. You need to challenge yourself and your thoughts, remember who you are and remember what you deserve in your own life. Move on and be better, give somebody who will value you a chance down the road and forget the ones who don't.

Whenever you feel down, talk. Always talk, whether it's your best friend, your mom, your brother, your sister, or this community. Somebody will listen, somebody will help you. Never ever keep it inside, recognize your pain but challenge it and look up.

Oooooh, you have no idea how much I needed this today. I'm going through a down turn the past few days, and I needed a reminder that it'll be fine. And yep, he's not worth a second of feeling bad over, or a single one of my tears. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this kick in the butt!

Well. Here's the steps I took today. I went to the fitness, then went for a coffee with my buddy, then I went biking and I have planed a pool game tonight with my best buddy. Do I feel better? Yes I do. I'm glad I reacted the way I did and didn't stay inside just feeling like **** and dwelling on things. Am I fine? No, I'm not. I need to learn how not take life so hard and have a little fun not worrying about anything. I envy those who are so phlegmatic. I'd love that mindset.

Awesome post man!

Not the biggest fan of Eminem since my teens, but I have always found Cudi helps me in times of need.

This is good medicine:

Well it turned out my old friend has some problems with his gf as well. I love his soldier mentality. When he decides that no one will **** with him no one does. He can turn the switch on or off almost anytime he wants to. It was a good chat we had. I needed this.

Alright, I think we need a good pump up playlist to keep us motivated on our bad days. I know to some music doesn't help, but some songs can really get to your heart and help.
