So this is interesting..my husbands iPad was lying around. I don't normally use his as I have my own, but mine wasn't charged. When I went to google something, it appeared that he had done a search on "too lazy to get a divorce". My first instinct was to laugh out loud! It also looked like he clicked on an article describing how 70% of divorces are filed my women because men are too lazy!! Well at least now I have my answer as to what is really holding him back :o

For me it's guilt and fear. So...laziness, guilt and fear..all great reasons to stay in a marriage.

Sounds like you want him to do it so he will be the bad guy instead of you. And the years of misery march on...

Hi Misty,

I don't know the back story but were you and your husband having problems before you saw his Ipad?

70 percent of divorces are filed by women because they get the kids and the money. It's not laziness.

You both have reasons to stay married. So, why not sit and talk with him. Be honest with each other, lay it all out on the line. You both have cheated and had affairs, so maybe think of an open marriage since it seems neither of you are truly happy together, but can't be bothered to divorce. If you do nothing then things are the way they are.

Typical marriage. Typical BS.
